The House of August are our team of architectural designers and interior designers, plus electrical and technology designers.
We offer our Design Only service, customised to your project. From concept design, mood board presentations, 3d visualisations right through to detailed design and documentation - we can tailor your design needs as you require them.

For the complete package, you can run your design service with the House of August with the August Construction team. With the advantage of having your designers and builders working together as one collaborative team, your project can be in familiar hands right the way through the process. There's a lot to consider when building a home, whether you have a vacant block of land ready to go, or you are kocking down and re-building for example. With the experience across our team we can comprehensively manage you through covenants, disclosure plans, town planning (just to name a few), when it comes to the due diligence of planning the design and construction of your home.

During the build every communication we’ve had with everyone who works at August has been a positive one and all of the team are very professional.
